Is the medication really included in the price?

How often will I actually be seen?
That depends on the plan you pick. The monthly price includes your telehealth consult, medication management and messaging with clinical staff by text or email. To be seen every week, the in-office upgrade (+$49/mo) adds weekly weigh-ins and in-person discussions with clinicians in Temple Terrace. Your prescribed medication can be shipped quickly and free of charge within Florida. Your clinician determines when an in-person assessment or labs are needed.
What am I paying for besides the medication?
Your program covers the telehealth consult, medication management, dose adjustments and messaging with clinical staff by text or email, with telehealth in 40+ states. Nutrition and exercise coaching, weekly weigh-ins and in-person discussions with clinicians come with the +$49/mo in-office upgrade.
Can I message the clinic between visits?
Yes, any time, at no extra cost. Messages go to the same care team that wrote your plan, so you are not explaining your history to a stranger. Side effects, dose questions, travel, a stall on the scale — that is exactly what it is for.
Do I need lab work before starting a GLP‑1 program?
Not as a default. Your physician orders diagnostics when your treatment calls for them, rather than running a panel automatically. If labs are ordered, they are billed separately at member-discounted rates and you get the price before anything is drawn.
How soon can I start?
Most patients start treatment in their first week. Your consultation is free, and if a GLP-1 program is appropriate your physician can write the protocol at that visit rather than sending you away to come back later.

Yes. Weight loss is available across 40+ states. Florida and Missouri patients are seen by Lavena Health physicians; patients in other states are cared for through our partner physician network. Which pharmacy fills my prescription?
Prescriptions are dispensed by state-licensed partner pharmacies, listed with their addresses and phone numbers on our partner pharmacies page (lavenahealth.com/partner-pharmacies). Your care team tells you which pharmacy fills yours.
Are the clinicians licensed?
Yes. Lavena Health physicians are licensed in Florida and Missouri. Patients in other states are cared for by partner-network physicians licensed where the patient is located.

What about side effects?
