Lavena Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Requested appointment times are subject to confirmation, and intake information you submit is used to prepare for your visit. Please provide accurate, complete information.

Patient financing

Financing is offered through Cherry, an independent company. Approval, terms, and APR are determined by Cherry based on your eligibility. Lavena Health does not make financing decisions and is not responsible for Cherry’s services.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by Lavena Health, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
